The purpose of the department of business management is to organize teaching that focused on the real needs of the business environment and to produce professionals who demand on HR market.
The high efficiency of this form of studies suggest the following facts:
- many educational and practical problems are real projects and orders are forming by enterprises of Odessa region and Ukraine
- there are a significant number of students of 3-4 courses after studying certain disciplines of management direction and practical training, began working in firms applying to the Faculty of Economics, Business and Controls ONAFT with proposals regarding the orientation of the educational process to the needs of the modern business environment and selection of students for certain positions in management
- many graduates work in prestigious production firms, consulting firms, advertising agencies, tourist and commercial structures, catering and hotel and restaurant business and hold positions of top managers and specialists, as well as in public administration
- ONAFT students, under the supervision of the department take active part in nationwide competitions in scientific conferences and seminars
- ONAFT students are trained on exchange programs in leading universities of Ukraine and Europe.
